At Primrose Home Help, we understand how important good nutrition and hydration are to maintaining health and wellbeing.
We offer flexible meal assistance tailored to your needs — whether that means a helping hand in the kitchen, preparing a ready meal, or cooking a fresh meal from scratch. Our support is designed entirely around your preferences and routine.
We also hold contact details for trusted local food services, including Meals on Wheels and Farmfoods’ frozen meal delivery service. If required, we are more than happy to contact these providers and liaise on your behalf to arrange suitable meal options.
As part of our service, our Helpers complete detailed food and fluid monitoring paperwork. This record includes the time, date, and details of meals and drinks consumed. It can serve as a helpful reminder for you or provide reassurance and peace of mind for loved ones.
All documentation is kept securely in a folder within your home, where it is accessible to you and your family at any time. This ensures full transparency and allows everyone to stay informed about your wellbeing and daily routine.
At Primrose Home Help, we provide detailed and consistent medication support for you or your loved one, helping to promote safety, routine, and peace of mind.
We use clear and thorough medication records that outline medication information, along with the days and times medication is to be prompted or taken. This ensures accurate monitoring and consistent support at every visit.
All medication documentation is stored securely in a folder within the client’s home. This folder is accessible to you and your loved ones at any time, providing complete transparency and reassurance about how medication support is being managed.
We are also happy to assist with prescription-related matters, whether that involves answering queries, addressing concerns, or collecting prescriptions on your behalf.
Please note: Primrose Home Help can prompt and assist with medication, but we do not administer medication directly. Medication must be prepared in a dosette box (blister pack), organised by the client’s GP, pharmacy, or a family member.
Our aim is to provide safe, supportive assistance while ensuring all care remains clear, documented, and person-centred.
