Meal Preparation
We offer meal assistance whether that being a helping hand in the kitchen or a meal being prepared for you whether that be just a ready meal or meal that requires cooking.
Primrose also posses contact info of local services such as meals on wheels and farm foods who offer food services and we are always happy to contact them and liaison on your behalf.
Along with all of our services we have meal and liquids paperwork that our Helper will fill out for you. Our food and fluids form is detailed stating what time, day and what you had to act as a reminder for you or comfort for a loved one.
Along with all of our paperwork our food and fluid form is stored in our folder in the address of the person and is accessible to you or your loved ones at all times making sure you always know what is happening and how things are going
Prompting Medication and Prescriptions
Primrose Home Help offer detailed and consistent medication management for yourself or a loved one. Primrose uses detailed paperwork with medication information, days and times they are prompted/taken.
Along with all of our paperwork our medication form is stored in our folder in the address of the person and is accessible to you or your loved ones at all times making sure you always know what is happening and how things are going.
Primrose also will always assist with prescription whether it be queries, concerns or collection.
Please note Primrose can prompt and help with medication however we can not administer the medication ourselves and the medication has to been in a dosser box made up by the persons GP or loved ones.
