At Primrose Home Help, we provide reliable general cleaning and housekeeping support to help you maintain a safe, comfortable, and tidy home.
While we are not professional contract cleaners, we offer practical day-to-day cleaning and domestic assistance as part of our home help service. We are also here to support you with additional needs — whether that’s transport to appointments or events, or extra help following an injury or operation. Our office team is always available if you need to arrange further assistance whether that is a new regular service or a one time appointment.
We kindly ask that clients provide their preferred cleaning products and equipment. If needed, we can include a shopping trip within one of your visits to purchase the necessary supplies.
During your initial assessment, our Manager will discuss the specific areas of your home you would like support with and may ask to view these areas to determine the appropriate length and frequency of visits.
If required, we can arrange longer visits or double-up visits initially to help bring your home up to the standard you would like. Once this has been achieved, ongoing visits can focus on regular upkeep to keep everything clean, safe, and well maintained.
