Assessments

Primrose Home Help offer a free face to face  Assessment where one of our Manager’s will come to your home at a time and day convenient for you. 

We  like to know as much about you or your loved one beforehand as this  will be helpful if you need to bring forward the potential start date,  however it is completely fine if you’re not comfortable giving too much  information over the phone.

During  the Assessment, our Manager will listen to what you need and expect  from us whilst also making suggestions at the same time as to how we can  make a Care Plan that suits your current and future needs.

Over  time, we understand things can change so we try to be as flexible as  possible if your schedule needs to change. Due to this, we offer regular  Reviews where our Managers will come and visit you to discuss any  potential changes that may be needed and adjust your Care Plan  accordingly.

These  Assessments can take anywhere between 30-60 minutes and are always very  relaxed but informative. If you would prefer to have a family member or a  friend with you then we welcome this. We accept calls from relatives,  friends or any local services that would like further information.
