At Primrose Home Help, we offer a free, no-obligation face-to-face assessment in the comfort of your own home. One of our experienced Managers will visit you at a time and day that is convenient for you.
We aim to gather as much information as possible beforehand, as this can be helpful should you wish to bring forward a potential start date. However, we completely understand if you would prefer not to share too much information over the phone — your comfort and privacy are always respected.
During the assessment, our Manager will take the time to listen carefully to what you need and expect from us. We will also offer professional suggestions and guidance to help create a personalised Care Plan tailored to both your current and future needs.
We understand that circumstances can change over time. That’s why we pride ourselves on being flexible and adaptable if your schedule or level of support needs to change. We carry out regular reviews, where one of our Managers will visit to discuss any adjustments required and update your Care Plan accordingly.
Assessments typically last between 30–60 minutes and are always relaxed, friendly, and informative. You are very welcome to have a family member or friend present for additional support if you wish. We are also happy to receive enquiries from relatives, friends, or local services who would like further information about how we can help.
