Companionship is at the heart of what we do at Primrose Home Help. It forms a natural part of all our services, as we pride ourselves on having friendly, approachable, and easy-to-get-along-with Home Helpers who genuinely care about the people they support.
We understand how important consistency is. For clients receiving three or more visits per week, we aim to keep your support team to just 1–3 familiar faces. For those with fewer weekly visits, you will typically see only 1–2 Home Helpers. This allows us to maintain continuity while also accounting for annual leave or illness.
You will always have one main Home Helper who becomes your Key Home Helper. Whenever possible, this will be someone of your choosing — helping you feel comfortable, confident, and at ease.

As with all our services, flexibility is key. Companionship doesn’t have to stand alone. You may need a little help around the house and then enjoy an extra 15 minutes for a relaxed chat — and that’s absolutely fine. At Primrose Home Help, we tailor every visit to suit you.
